Your most inclusive activity is yet to come!
The All Voices Heard Corporate Experience brings teams together through accessible group music activities. No prior musical experience is required, making it a fun and inclusive team-building opportunity.
The ballroom is filled with chatter. All of a sudden, an upbeat choral sound emerges from the back of the room. A choir of world-class singers makes its way through the room and towards the stage. As they walk on stage, they finish the song with a big crescendo. The crowd goes wild. Following the applause, a simple question appears on the screen: 'Can you do this?'
Stephen (Director) introduces himself and the team, then unveils the main voice functions and preservation techniques for an engaging start. We then get the crowd to participate in playful spoken vocal exercises, seamlessly transitioning into singing exercises. These activities are fun and lighthearted, with plenty of laughs!
Our world-class singers are dispersed around the room, and using the Claddagh method, we begin teaching the song. Within minutes, the entire room is able to sing a complete song with lyrics and sign language. Depending on the time allocated, we can teach multiple songs or schedule multiple segments. We can perform anywhere, from the main stage to the lobby – or both!

About 7 years ago, I left university and embarked on my music career in bustling Dublin. For the first month, I couch-surfed and commuted back to my hometown cheaply, still considered a student for the fare discount. After feeling homeless for a month, I secured a tiny room in a sketchy part of town for €380.00 per month, although it was a hostile type of living where you would lock your bedroom door when both heading out or going to sleep I was grateful to finally having a place to call my own.
Relying on my bicycle for transportation, I took any job that allowed me to claim the title of musician, from teaching piano at a small music school above a property broker to singing in small time commercials - I made it work. Between gigs, I spent hours in cafes, making the most of the space and WiFi until I was politely asked to leave.
One day when I was passing time in a chain cafe, I received an email from a company in the Dublin Docklands inviting me to lead a workplace choir for the December Holiday season. Initially unpaid, it led to paid work and opened doors to numerous opportunities in Dublin's famous Silicon Dock area.
From earning below minimum wage as a broke musician, I swiftly transitioned into high-profile music projects, earning recognition on national news and garnering praise from some of Ireland's most esteemed artists.
When COVID-19 hit at the peak of all this, all the wonderful work vanished overnight. It was then that I made the decision to launch my first business and fully commit to the vision behind All Voices Heard. After handling all the necessary legal matters, I upgraded to a premium LinkedIn account and began connecting with and messaging everyone I could. Over several months, I sent hundreds of messages to prospective clients. The one lead that materialized was with a small company called Microsoft—perhaps you've heard of them; they do something with software, I think. This opportunity opened up an entirely new realm where we could bring our unique experience to the virtual world.
After a few initial projects, I managed to convince my point of contact at Microsoft to embark on a project for their offices worldwide. We curated a global virtual choir comprising Microsoft employees. Given the diverse time zones, we conducted several rehearsals to accommodate our friends on the far side of the globe (try hitting those high notes at 4am—it's quite the challenge!). The culmination of our efforts was a four-minute video featuring the song "Somewhere Only We Know," which we released during the December holiday season. Upon its broadcast, it quickly became the most internally viewed video in Microsoft's history.
After the success of my first global project, invitations started pouring in from all corners of the world. In the months following this project, I conducted workshops in the US, EMEA, Asia and got some incredible opportunities at home in Ireland too. This experience deeply immersed me in the joy of creating inclusive music for communal enjoyment. It also highlighted the profound impact music can have on us as humans—if placed correctly, it can change lives.
This year, I made the move to New York City with a mission to impact as many lives as possible through my music. Reflecting on the past few years, I'm filled with emotion when I think back to those days right out of college—green, broke (almost homeless), and without expectations, but overflowing with love for the art of group singing.
